We are breathing all the time; from the moment we were born until we die.

Breath happens all by itself and is the quickest source to our aliveness.

So the breath keeps us alive and besides that, consciously working with the breath has many other benefits as well.

You don’t have to get anything: you have this precious tool already. You only need to know how to use it and work with it skillfully.

We have only one nose, and just the inbreath and outbreath, yet there are many different breathing practices to help us to become calm, clear the mind, feel present, relaxed, centered & grounded, balance our emotions, and sustain physical health.

When used skillfully, our breath can tremendously improve our physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Who wouldn’t want that?

The practices are easy to learn and easy to do. It requires nothing other than your breath, and your willingness to work with it.

We will practice during session of sitting meditation, walking meditation and Qi Gong based movement.

Qi Gong (pronounced: chi kung) is an ancient Chinese practice of working with your internal energy through gentle movement, standing postures, breathing exercises and meditation. It is a nourishing practice to improve your inner well-being and has a rich connection with the natural world.

Qi gong is often called a moving meditation.

Practising Qi gong & meditation is all about uncovering your inner resources for health, happiness, well-being and fulfilment.

The silent nature of this retreat is a precious opportunity to really be with yourself and deeply connect with the practices to feel their power and purpose.
