You’re invited! A one-evening, two-hour North Shore w/shop covering the essential ABC’s of meditation, from introductory practices to deeper insights and secrets – an overview of meditation practices and the guidelines needed to successfully meditate.

Course instructor and author Jogyata Dallas will share breathing and concentration techniques to remove stress and calm the mind; explore creative visualisations and mantric chants; cover the ABC’s of establishing a successful home practice; introduce the four main branches of yoga; and look at lifestyle positives to support your meditation.

The evening course will offer periods of both guided and silent meditations, invite questions and share advice on using your meditation skills to really make a positive difference to your daily life.
