Introduction to Aerial Silks

This 6 week Introduction to Aerial Silks short course is catered to all. Introducing students to aerial silks in a fun, safe, supportive environment, alongside other “new to silks” students. You will get a feel for the silks and learn fundamentals including getting off the ground, hanging from your hands, and going upside down. Intro to Aerial Silks is a must for beginning the aerial silks journey. By the end of 6 weeks, you'll be ready to fly with us in our beginner classes!

This course is also recommended for students who may have previously dabbled in silks but have less than 3 months of consistent weekly class experience.
