It's hard to be kind to ourselves if we don't particularly like ourselves!
How can we transform into somebody we can easily like? How can we begin to transform our life in this way, to be really kind to ourselves?
Buddha taught many methods getting to the root of all our problems.
For example, using meditation he taught us to slow down, to be peaceful, and gentle, to be the best we can be.
Everyone is welcome to this half-day workshop. You will be introduced to simple meditations that anyone can learn.
At the very least we will like ourselves more for giving it a go.
