Harvest Moon plays at the Winemakers!

Harvest Moon is a six-piece multi-talented band of well-known Wellington musicians who play Americana country music with a few surprises thrown in! We deliver our version of songs written by great singer songwriters and bands such as Vince Gill, Brad Paisley, Neil Young, Dwight Yoakam, Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, Marshall Tucker and Little Feat.

Harvest Moon's line-up features George Packard (bass, mandolin), Garrett Evans (pedal steel, dobro and guitar), Rob Reid (lead vocals, guitar), Dave Allen (guitars, banjo), Wayne Mills (piano, bass, accordion) and Robert Antonio (drums and percussion). Hear the close vocal harmonies that are also a feature of Americana style music.

The performing arts have been hard hit by Covid, but we've used the downtime to refresh our repertoire and we're raring to go!

We're delighted to be performing at the Winemakers Daughter just north of Te Horo on Queens Birthday holiday Monday 6th June (NOTE NEW DATE!!) between 12:30pm - 2:30pm. (Buffet lunch served from 12:00pm).

With the opening of Transmission Gully it's a nice easy public-holiday drive to the venue where you'll enjoy a hot buffet with plenty of choices available, and an early drive home before any traffic build-up!. An all-inclusive price is just $50 per person. (Drinks extra). Sit back and enjoy the entertainment - you might even feel like cutting some rug with your dancing shoes!
