[ Tratak ] is a purification technique of Hatha Yoga. Flame of the fire purifies your eyes and mind, prepares you for further Sadhana (spiritual practice).
[ Sankalpa ] means intention in Sanskrit. Together, we will unfold the energy of manifestation on the perfect time for it - night of the new moon.
