Gisborne Canoe and Tramping Club, Whataupoko Reserve

We will walk up and down various pedestrian (not cycle) trails. Highlights are Barbara's native plantings and views of Gisborne, Turanganui a Kiwa, and Waimata valley. It will be 2-3 hours, including morning tea. Shoes/boots with excellent traction essential because of slippery slopes and mud. Casual pace but good balance and walking poles will be handy.
