Flow Yoga Browns Bay Beach Jam

Grab your friends and fam and come along to Flow Jam!

The day will kick off with a Vinyasa Yoga Class, followed by a Family Friendly Yoga Class. The family-friendly yoga class is for kids aged 5-12 and their parents. If you can't make the yoga classes, don't worry! Throughout the day, we will have music, kai, great yarns, and a chance to try out some yoga poses.

Never tried a yoga class? Come on down, our classes are completely beginner-friendly. All you need to do is wear some comfortable clothes to move in, bring a water bottle, and show up 10 minutes before your class starts. We have yoga mats available for use. Easy peasy!

Here's how the day will run:
10am-10.45am: All levels Vinyasa Yoga Class
10.45am-11.30am: Yoga pose workshops, Kai, Music
11.30am-12pm: Family Friendly Yoga Class
12pm-2pm: Yoga pose workshops, Kai, Music
