FLARE is Ōtautahi’s newest street art festival. FLARE has a vision to reclaim Christchurch’s global status as a street art capital. This summer artists from across Aotearoa’s will emerge Ōtautahi’s streets. You can expect to see 7 large scale murals starting from 2nd March painted by our headlining artists as well as live painting from 10+ artists.
