Peace of mind can sometimes be a bit elusive, and most of us have moments when we really feel the need to give our practice and meditation a tune up, as well as an extra boost of energy.

Buddha suggested five key things that we can do to help us recharge and improve our mind of love for others, and we will explore each of these through this series:

week 1: an essential beginning: good motivation
week 2: the power of repetition: gaining familiarity
week 3: gathering positive energy
week 4: purifying the mind: destroying negativity
week 5: directing your intention: power of prayer

In this series, we’ll explore practical ways of implementing these suggestions, so that our practice is more effective – and peace of mind becomes a little less elusive.
