The unusual situation we find ourselves in, in today’s world can often make us feel anxious, tense, agitated or angry at some time or other.
These harmful emotions can affect our lives, the way we relate to the people around us, our feelings about ourselves, our performance at work and much more.
But it does not have to be like that.
In this workshop we’ll explore how anxiety, stress, tension, nervousness, worry and depression have their roots in our state of mind.
We can reduce and eventually overcome these disturbing feelings, and increase our sense of inner peace and calm, by working on our mind with a combination of meditation and positive thinking.
