The NZSO’s three-day celebration of music concludes with a voyage across the centuries.
Joseph Nolan, dubbed “indisputably one of the world’s finest organists” (Limelight), performs Bach’s outstanding and immediately recognisable Toccata and Fugue in D minor. Nolan then joins the NZSO, conductor Alexander Shelley and Alto Whirimako Black for Philip Glass’s Lodger Symphony, inspired by the David Bowie album of the same name.
