Originally from Chengdu China, Jie Pang will teach you how to shape and cook BaoBuns with two fillings, a slow cooked Pork Belly and Deep-fried Bang Bang Chicken.
Before demonstrating how to finish with the deep-fried sesame rice balls.

This three-hour workshop will showcase the depth of flavours of China’s most popular cuisine.

Ticket includes a three-hour workshop, dinner, glass of wine, recipe booklet to take home. Two take home baobuns.
