Inspired by the vibrant mix of flavour and spices used in Middle Eastern cuisine and the Mediterranean, this is a menu that is best shared with family and friends.
From slow cooked lamb and spiced cous cous with dried fruits, to hummus and flat bread and sweet baklava for dessert, the delicious menu will leave you satiated and satisfied.
