Dine Dunedin - Olveston Formal Dinner: CANCELLED

Step back into the early twentieth century when Olveston will host an intimate three-course dinner party for 18 guests in the historic home’s family dining room.

Dine just like the original owners, the Theomin family did with their guests in their dining room at their dining table surrounded by their furnishings.

Olveston’s elegant and timeless spaces are the perfect backdrop for a truly memorable Dunedin Formal Dinner. Guests will be welcomed into the drawing room for pre-dinner drinks with music from Olveston’s beautiful 1906 Steinway grand piano. After dinner in the dining room, take a short guided tour, finishing the evening with dessert, dessert wine, port and whisky.

Olveston's working with the city’s best caterers to design a formal menu featuring southern produce. The three-course formal dinner matched to drinks and including a guided tour is $260 per person.

The Olveston dining room only seats 18 guests and it’s bound to book out!
