Tutor Estel Slabbert is a highly respected art educator who has taught at Mairangi Arts Centre since 1997. Over the past two decades, she has given numerous workshops in primary schools around the Auckland region. Before immigrating to New Zealand in 1997, Estel ran a design company that produced silkscreen prints for interior decoration.
