Corpus Medicorum is a Melbourne-based medical orchestra and has played to critical acclaim overseas including in St Petersburg, Slovenia and Milan while raising around A$1 million for charity.

Proceeds from their Christchurch concert on Wednesday 21 September will be donated to the Charity Hospital.

The concert will held be at the Christchurch Town Hall auditorium and features works by Weber, Elger and Brahms along with a solo performance by guest cellist, first year doctor and NZ Young Performer for 2021, Catherine Kwak. The conductor will be well-known Australian maestro Keith Crellin.
