Cheese Tasting - Meet the Cheese Maker

Lovingly handcrafted in the Waikato, Over the Moon cheeses are the proud owners of New Zealand’s widest range of speciality cheeses, made from the world’s finest, locally sourced ingredients. You will get the opportunity to talk to the cheesemaker and host Sue Arthur who is the owner and founder of Over the Moon Dairy.

For this tasting we have selected 3 kinds of cheese:

Red Planet - A cheddar cheese-like flavour cheese that is rich orange colour. It is their take on the traditional English Red Leicester cheese.

Buffalo and Cow Blue - A lovely blend of buffalo and cow's milk to craft this exceptional blue cheese. This cheese has an earthy flavour with sweet notes.

OMG Triple Cream Brie - This is a must-try and is Over the Moon's most popular cheese that has a soft texture that is buttery and rich.
