Cancer Fundraiser - 2 Hour Restorative Yoga Flow

Join Debbie Sumner for a 2-hour blissful restorative Yoga flow session. This fundraiser is to support Debbie’s daughter as she is taking part in shave for cure in December and wants to raise as much money as she can to support those struggling with cancer. The money raised goes towards much-needed research, awareness and patient support programmes for blood cancer, a.k.a Leukaemia.

The suggested koha to attend the session is $30. However, this is only a guide. What to expect from the session- A gentle, soulful yoga flow that leads into some longer-held restorative shapes finishing with a relaxing Yoga Nidra. The perfect way to spend a Saturday afternoon.
