Cacao Ceremony

Ceremonial Grade Cacao is a plant medicine that shamans have worked with and shared for thousands of years to clear negativity, to open, clear and heal the heart space, to bring forth invaluable insights and healing to those who consume and honour this sacred medicine. Ceremonial Cacao is processed in the traditional shamanic way, honouring the medicine and the community who grows and processes the beans with pure loving intention.
Biodynamic Breathwork

You will be guided through connected breath to take you into non-ordinary states of consciousness where you will discover what is being held within. We invite you to explore movement, vocal expression, and bodywork assisting in the release of stuck energy and emotions, healing core wounds and traumas, and reconnecting you to your authentic self, unlocking your full potential and supporting you in embracing your personal power.

Biodynamic breathwork combines conscious connected breathing, toning, movement, bodywork, and meditation to assist in the release of trauma, stress and suppressed emotions from the physical body, increasing physical, mental, emotional, and energetic well-being.
Shamanic Sound Journey

We work Intuitively with shamanic instruments, activating your parasympathetic nervous system, taking you into a deep meditative state, bathing you in transformational healing vibrations and frequencies. Bathe in the healing vibrations of our Shamanic Instrumental Family, here to sing you into alignment. Our family consists of crystal singing bowls, sacred chimes, medicine drums, and didgeridoos.
Integration

Closing this sacred ceremony with integrative medicine, a meditative practice where we allow space to fully integrate your healing into your nervous system, allowing space to release any excess energy and complete your journey. You may find this is where you drop into a euphoric blissful state, where you are open to receive invaluable insights and wisdom from within.
