Browns Bay Beach Yoga

Yoga literally means "union" - union of your mind and body, union with the people you encounter and union with the natural world. Discover how to switch between a state of total restfulness and one of strong physical activity to understand true life balance via the genius mind/body training system that we call yoga. Mark is an internationally trained instructor originally Iyengar and then Ashtanga yoga in London and has taught for over 20 years. Classes will cater for all ability levels and will cover a variety of classic yoga poses and practices to change your life! NB as the venue is outdoors at Browns Bay Beach reserve in the centre, just in case it is raining, classes will always be on just we will move to under the arches at the Bays Club at the far southern end of the beach.
