Brain Play

Come join Brain Play in the Te Atatū Peninsula Community Hub for a morning of 3D printing fun! We're celebrating Pride Month with 3D Printing.

Workshop is free for the community!

Adults, students, families - anyone aged 5+ interested in learning about & trying 3D printing is welcome to attend our workshop. We'll be creating unique models that mean something special to us, in celebration of Pride Month!

Our Brain Play team will teach you about 3D printers, CAD design, and you'll have the chance to create your very own print that we will produce for you. Designs for this workshop will be printed & displayed in the Centre to mark our celebration of Pride, 2022.

Please note registration is necessary & so is notice if cancellation is required.

Spaces are limited & this workshop is fully funded by the wonderful TAPCH & Auckland Council so we expect your commitment to keep the tech workshops coming.

Pop in anytime between 11:00am and 11:15am and stay as long as you like! Designs take between 15 minutes & 1 hour to create based on complexity. Please note there may be a 15 minute wait for a device at busy times.

Vaccine passes required for those 12 year 3 months & over, and mask usage by anyone aged 8 & over.

Also check out our website for more science and tech based activities!

Please see our T&Cs on our website.
