I started smiling after about 30 seconds of this album, settled back, and allowed myself to be transported on a collection of ten wonderful songs which are a mix of English folk and traditional singer/songwriter.

Based strongly on the vocals of Bill and his picked guitar, Emily adds wonderful strings which add to the depth of the accompaniment.
However, this is just icing on what is a very rich cake indeed, with Bill’s wonderful vocals and style...this is a delightful album which
any lover of modern English-style folk will do well to seek out, and I am already looking to see when I catch him in concert.
