Join us on July 7th for a jolly good evening of frivolity and madness, as your ringmaster Bazurka guides you on a musical journey through the crooked dances and twisted songs of love and loss of the Balkan states, and of our own demented creation. It’ll be a night to shake off your winter blues and come let rip on the dance floor to some high energy Eastern Euro Folk Punk

It’s also a triumphant return home gig for our magnificent vocalist Briar Prastiti. After a long stint living in the motherland, soaking up all the flavours and textures Greece has to offer, Briar has returned to Aotearoa and is sounding richer, more full-bodied, drier on the palette, with subtle notes of cherry and plum. Bazurka’s back baby! This time with extra Balkan vocal goodness, and maybe even a Greek tune or two.
