As you lie back and sink into your sensations of sound and touch, you'll be taken on a beautiful voyage of deep listening through electronic, filmic and sonically surprising music.

Musician Òran Mór will create a carefully tended soundscape of exploration for you, taking you from realms high and low to peculiar and powerful. As they craft four movements to follow symphonic form, you will be lulled, intrigued, and entranced. The Sensonauts will guide you to feel into your senses and heighten your sound awareness at the start.

With an exceptional sound system by Tub's Audio tuned to the space, your ears will tingle with aural excitement while your body feels the beauty of bass. And your body can melt into bliss as you are massaged by an experienced masseur at a point during the journey, working with the rhythms of the music. Finally, enjoy some relaxing tea and a grounding snack to bring you smoothly back to reality.

Òran Mór is DJ/producer Oliver Macro, a longstanding musician in the Aotearoan underground known for their curated collection of stylistically elusive sonic bliss. Flying in from Ōtautahi/Christchurch, expect nothing but the highest of fidelity, the deepest of grooves, and the most intricate of textural forms. Catch their carefully crafted auditory odysseys where you can, for this elusive entity appears rarely. They are the ideal navigator for this adventure through sound.

We've brought Bass Massage back as both the previous seasons sold out, and Òran Mór will create an entirely new soundscape for this show, so previous lovers of Bass Massage can be entranced all over again!

Please note there will be three experienced massage therapists, and the massage will be clothed. The relaxing massage is entirely optional, you are welcome to purely bliss out in sound if you wish. Bring your own pillow, yoga mat and blanket so you can luxuriate into comfort - a few mats will be available.

There are limited spaces (max 35 people each show, 2 nights only) as you'll be lying or sitting down (some chairs available if preferred). There is a very limited number of lower price tickets for those on tighter finances. Please note we have a no refund ticket policy. Two shows available - choose from either Fri 30 Sep or Sat 1 Oct.
