If you're a fan of orchestras, choirs and live music in general, this concert is for you!
On Saturday 29th at 4pm and Sunday 30th at 3pm, Franklin Community Choir will present 2 choral masterpieces by Vivaldi - Credo (RV 591) and Gloria (RV 589). We are joined this time by soprano Maeve Heard, and mezzo-soprano Claire Scholes.
The choir will be accompanied by some of New Zealand's finest instrumentalists as well, and as a bonus treat the concert will feature a performance of Bach's Violin Concerto in A minor, with Maia-Dean Martin as our guest violin soloist.
Tickets are only $20, students are $12. These are available for purchase via choir/orchestra members, Music Mania in Pukekohe, or at the door. Alternatively, you can phone 09 232 5977.
