This workshop will run 7 - 9 PM over four Wednesdays starting 30 August 2022.
Do you want to recreate some memorable Balinese cuisine? Using authentically Balinese ingredients, you will create delicious and flavoursome dishes incorporating flavours and influences from other Indonesian regional cuisine. Balinese cuisine is a cross between Thai, Malaysian and Indonesian. It uses fresh fragrant roots, chilli, palm sugar and fragrant seeds to flavour dishes. Come learn the basics from Komal and make power punch dishes for your loved ones.
All ingredients are included within the course fee and you'll get to taste the dishes prepared. Bring a container in case there are leftovers.
