Five years on!

Five years after the big earthquake we are celebrating the opening of a new early childhood facility for South Marlborough. We originally planned to have a Grand Opening on the 5th Anniversary of the 7.8 Earthquake - Sunday November 14th, 2021. What a wonderful way to celebrate our community's recovery since this auspicious day!!

Live music, loads of fun for kids, bring a picnic or enjoy the food stalls!

Unfortunately, COVID-19 means that we have pushed this community "Party in the Park" out to Friday March 4th.

No matter the delay, the Awatere ECE Hub team is looking forward to celebrating alongside you all, as we thank our awesome community for supporting such a massive and worthwhile project.
