Chris Stuart has always been a storyteller.
Stuart started off writing non-fiction and short stories, won the Elyne Mitchell Writing Award (Short Stories) and has been a judge for this since 2013.
Having always loved puzzles and the thrill of the hunt, Chris was drawn to writing a crime novel. The resultant book, For Reasons of Their Own, features the world of DI Robbie Grey and her challenge to find the killer of a UN delegate who was found murdered in a rural Melbourne swamp.
Find out about the process of writing this intriguing crime novel and the world of DI Robbie Gray.
After Chris’s session, you are invited to join the Richmond Writing Group for an optional hour of discussion and fun writing exercises from 2.00pm-3.00pm.
