Acro On The Beach I Browns Bay I Kanuka Yoga Space

Keen to learn more about partner yoga, otherwise known as Acro?
We're excited to host another Acro Workshop and Jam this November!

It's been a while, as we waited for the pandemic / social distancing to ease and for everyone to become more comfortable around others again.

When - Sunday, 13th November
Time - 9.30am-11am
Where - Browns Bay Beach (opposite the Stoned Cow Cafe)
With - Stu, Luisa and Raquel
Koha Donation Appreciated

What Happens If Raining?
We'll do the Acro at Kanuka Yoga Space (in Hobsonville) - 11am - 12.30pm (after our morning class)

This will be a very relaxed workshop and open jam:
We'll guide everyone through a gentle warmup.
If you're brand new to Acro then we'll give you some specifics to work on and guide you through that.
If you're more experienced, then we're happy to guide you through some new postures + provide any tips we can for more intermediate/advanced balances.
Or, it might be you who are giving us the tips =)
