Access Foundation is four days of tools and processes that will expand your life to more Ease in every area of life.

When we change our perception of how we see things, our life gets easier. Eg. Life is a struggle changes to all of life is easy. It can be that simple. The Access body processes are gentle and easy to do, making our bodies full of vitality and recovering quickly from flues and other debilitating problems.

The body processes are so gentle and work to change stuff in the body nothing else has been able to change.

This class was designed by Gary Douglas and Dr Dain Heer - people all around the world receive these tools and their lives become more fun and joy and ease-filled.
