It’s not about ‘having’ time. It’s about making time to try an exercise that doesn't feel exercise-y. Zumba is so fun! You shake it for an hour to awesome tunes and call it exercise.
No dance experience or skills are necessary. If you can shake your booty and like fun music, this class is for you. Bring a towel and a water bottle because you'll need them! First Class is free!
