Zealandia's Egg-cellent Adventure

Join us at Zealandia for an awesome Easter weekend! From Friday 2 April until Tuesday 6 April, kids go free at the sanctuary and can participate in a special Easter event.

We've partnered up with Whittaker's to offer some extra tasty treats - simply pick up an Easter map and join the search for a series of 'eggs’. Return your map for a free chocolate treat and go in the draw to win some cool prizes!

You'll be searching in lush forest full of over 40 species of rare native wildlife. While you look for clues, keep your ears and eyes out for kākā, pīwakawaka/fantail and tīeke/saddleback!

How it works:
Each participant will be given a special map where they will have to record some educational clues they find hidden in the sanctuary. Bring back your map for a free sweet treat and go in the draw for a daily prize pack including a family membership to ZEALANDIA!

Event suitable for 5–13-year-olds, but everyone is welcome to take part.

Kids go free! General admission rates apply to anyone over 18. You can find these on our website.

General Admission charges apply to enter sanctuary. Prizes drawn and winners notified on Thursday 8th April 2021. One winner for each day over the weekend. Family membership valid for 12 months. If winner has an existing membership they will get a 12month extension from the expiry date or can gift the family membership. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Free chocolate available while stocks last.
