World Homeless Day

World Homeless Day is held annually on the 10th October.

Come along to Cathedral Square between 10am-2pm with your friends and whānau to learn about homelessness in Ōtautahi and how you can make a difference.

Featuring an interactive exhibition “7 Doors to Ending Homelessness”, free sausage sizzle, smoothies, and balloons!

Housing First Christchurch is a collaboration between the Christchurch Methodist Mission, Comcare Trust, Emerge Aotearoa, Christchurch City Mission, Ōtautahi Community Housing Trust and Te Whare Roimata.

We’re committed to making homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring in Ōtautahi.
