Beautiful women, lets gather together in a nurturing and soul nourishing way with a Women's Circle.
A women's circle is a safe space filled with active and kind listening, with no judgement or advice, simply a space to let your true voice be heard and held.
This is a safe space where we can all connect in a confidential and supportive way, community bonds are needed now more than ever and I see this as an opportunity to deepen the bonds of community here in Glenorchy.
Show up in your most true and authentic self, however that looks. Come as you are.
You are so welcome, and revered in this space that we create together.
As we come to the end of another year, our theme is of 'Gratitude', and to create space for reflection on your journey with 2021.
I'd love to share some potent tools and learnings with you in this session, and hope that you can make it, maybe just to explore it, you're not sure what they're about.
What to Bring:

A bit about me:
I'm currently a Retreat Leader at Aro Ha, teaching yoga, mindfulness, meditations and so much more. I've taught yoga for over 5 years and been practicing for almost 20, and with my curiosity for life continuing to expand and explore the potential for human connection, I am taking a deep dive into the world of guiding women's circles. Having studied various somatic therapies and trauma informed works I'm excited to bring my learnings to the circles but also to learn from the incredible array of beautiful and inspiring women we have here in Glenorchy.
If you are unsure about what this might be like and have any hesitations about attending, please get in touch with me and I will answer any questions you may have.
I'm simply asking if we can come together as women and lend each other some support, we must give it to receive it.
