Winter warmers are back!
With Tracy McLaughlin, Malcolm Todd, Roy Meeking, David Kelly and Kelsang Phunwang.
Every year during winter we have a special series of classes taught by all of our teachers when Birgit takes part in International Teacher Training and the Summer Festival.
This year in Palmerston North and Whanganui they will be teaching their favourite topics.
Selecting an aspect of Buddha's teachings that they have found especially meaningful and useful in negotiating challenges and issues in their own lives.
Don't miss this chance to hear some really practical examples of how others have been able to use Dharma and meditation to help them to make a difference in their own ways of handling the stresses of daily life in the best way possible.
