We're delighted to keep a great thing going and have an absolute show stopper scheduled for our next Winemaker's Dinner Series event.
Join us on February 27th as we welcome Greystone Wines' Dom Maxwell, New Zealand's 2018 Winemaker of the Year, for an extraordinary evening celebrating the very best food and wine in the Canterbury region.
Greystone is a firm favourite here at Otahuna and their adventurous wines showcase extraordinary complexity and texture. Dom will share stories from the land alongside his personal vision for this acclaimed North Canterbury vineyard in the unique setting of the Lodge's historic Ballroom. Meanwhile, guests will enjoy a sensational multi-course dinner designed by Otahuna’s celebrated Executive Chef Jimmy McIntyre.
Included in the tariff of $250 per person are:
-6:30PM arrival with wine and canapés served in the Lodge’s Drawing Room and Entry Hall
-An exquisite 4-course degustation dinner, designed to complement the extraordinary wines of Greystone, and served in the Ballroom
-A curated selection of Greystone’s pioneering wines
-Tea and coffee

For those who act fast, the first bookings for this evening enjoy the option of an indulgent overnight stay--inclusive of breakfast the following morning--at the preferential rate of $950 (GST Inclusive. $1450 total cost double occupancy per night including dinner.)
This event will be sure to provide Oenophiles with an incredible chance to sample some of North Canterbury's most intriguing wines alongside a host of perfectly paired dishes.
