Winemaker Brent Park has made wine all over the world, and chose to return to his hometown, Rotorua when looking for a home for his own Volcanic Hills Winery.

Brent does wine tasting a little differently.

He knows that we're all different and like different things, so his tastings are based around your enjoyment of wine.
