Wheeler’s Luck written by Nigel Collins, toby leach & Damon Andrews is a rural comedy about a small coastal NZ town full of eccentric characters and authenticity.

a determined Auckland developer comes to bell end in order to obtain a slice of coastal paradise connected to a piece of local history. very proud and quirky locals put up a fight to save their beloved landmark. community can not easily be stripped of its identity and traditions!

the entire community of bell end is played by only two actors playing over 50 characters, resonating with the remarkable work of penny Ashton or Madeline Sami.

wheeler’s luck is a genuine laugh and a highlight of the truly alive spirit of kiwi community.

tickets include a beverage, a nibble, a show and a raffle ticket. doors open an hour before the show starts, so come early to enjoy yourself before the show.

all profits of the event will be donated to the youth discovery theatre. a creative environment based on exploring and engaging in the process of creating theatre. generating new ways of working together, gaining confidence in a unique voice, and identifying as individuals and community.
