Join Oriwa & her friends for this 7 week program where each Saturday an art practice is cultivated to help with the emotional and mental wellness of those on our community.
Meditation Harakeke Mats: Participants will be shown how to weave their own Meditation Mat using traditional Māori weaving techniques guided by experienced kairaranga Awatea. All resources provided. No experience necessary, just a keen interest to learn.
