Albi Cousin Alice’s unique singing and playing is gritty, heartfelt and sweet, delivered with humour and a captivating personality. She seduces audiences with her smokey voice and antique banjo-ukelele playing, raised in New Zealand, of Barbadian/ Welsh/ English/ Sephardi parentage, she draws on a rich infusion of Maori, Polynesian, Carribean and Calypso culture.
Kiwi Karam David and his Beach Blues approach to the world of music plays acoustic guitar, and is Looking forward to playing at Tahamoana again with some brilliant tunes for some brilliant people!
Maggie Cocco is an American composer, performer, and educator based in Whangarei New Zealand. She has composed and performed material for various music projects, Maggie was a stand out performer at the January Jazz festival and is returning due to popular demand. Her primary genres: Neomellow, Soft Rock, Blues Rock, R&B Plays at this event with The San Detroit Band formed in Whangarei.
Albi & The Wolves are an acoustic trio that creates a huge sound using only an acoustic guitar, an electric violin, a double bass, and their voices. Their recent tour around New Zealand had been nothing but delightful from start to finish, in December Albi said 'we are feeling a little sad that it's coming to an end'. Well, Albi with talent like yours and a location like ours it never needs to come to an end.
