Have you always wanted to learn Māori waiata? Here is an awesome opportunity to stretch your vocal chords, learn a variety of Wairarapa & traditional waiata, and improve your te reo Māori pronunciation along the way. All welcome. Nau mai, haere mai. ** Please note: originally advertised as starting Monday 14 June – now moved to Thursday evenings, starting Thursday 17 June.

By the end of this course participants will have:

- a basic understanding of Te Reo Māori
- gained the confidence to sing-a-long to local waiata
- an understanding of the meaning behind each waiata
- increased their ability to pronounce Te Reo Māori words correctly
