Anyone involved in business who would like to learn how to read, interpret and use accounting information in everyday business
This half day workshop follows on from the Understanding Accounting Workshop which focuses on participants gaining an understanding of accounting and the specific statements as documents that reflect part of their business. This workshop helps participants understand how to use accounting and finance in strategic and operational decisions.
The workshop avoids the traditional ways of teaching accounting to avoid confusion and focuses on understanding accounting information and the bookkeeping process in simple and clear terms.
Participants should be able to look at selected accounting information and know what they could do with it – or what someone else may do with it.
