I am a teacher, performer and mother who started 'Physical Stories' because I wanted my daughter to do a class like this. I fully believe in these unique classes and the many benefits they offer children. I perform interactive stories that:

- improve children's concentration, focus and listening skills
- has meaningful reflection time, teaching children strategies to deal with their emotions in everyday life
- promotes empathy, confidence and healthy bodies.
