Too Woke for Toast & Gecho

Too Woke For Toast and Gecho are set to take the stage at Wunderbar this Saturday 22nd May!

Perversely pretentious, high-tech low-life hipsters, crippled by depression and daddy problems, Too Woke For Toast are Generation Z's answer to the question nobody thought to ask, "what if avocado toast was a band?" The answer, it turns out, is a synth-heavy pop-rock sound generously lathered over a deliciously crunchy base of social anxiety and empty bank accounts.

Too woke for toast will also be joined by Gecho; the psychedelic soul funk concoction! After their soldout debut performance last month at the darkroom, they'll be bringing some more groovy and reflective tunes (and a few new surprises!)
