Time Moves Slow is an event bringing together Dunedin/Ōtepoti musicians to fundraise for mental health services and increase awareness.
As a community we have mourned the loss of too many people, its time to come together and raise awareness, to help fund the services who are there to help those who need it most, and to start a conversation that its ok to reach out for help.
Featuring music from Biff Merchants, Kāhu/Rōpū, Soulseller and Tiny Pieces of Eight.
All profits from this event will be donated to:
Life Matters Suicide Prevention Trust, who’s aim is to reduce the suicides in our country by promoting prevention strategies, educating and supporting our community, and raising awareness by breaking the stigma and supporting those bereaved by the act.
Chatbus, who provide immediate and effective support for children experiencing difficulties in their lives. They provide a safe and nurturing space for children to have a voice. It is an invaluable service teaching our tamariki that it’s ok to reach out for help.
