The Rouseabouts – world famous in New Zealand – featured on Country Calendar, this energetic foursome are all about poetry, music, tall tales and the odd shanty. Wowing audiences with their banter and story-telling, The Rouseabouts present an eclectic show founded on great story-telling traditions. Made up of author and poet Chris Gallavin. (A Dance Together (Prow Publishing)), musician Paul Turner (Ceol Manawatu & Wild Geese), musician Craig Prichard (guitarist having played in bands across NZ, Australia and Europe) and featuring special guest author and Blenheim lawyer Jono Corfe (The Great Kiwi Pub Crawl (Penguin)), this group is not to be missed.

Working from a catalogue of hundreds of original and well-known poems, award-winning Celtic music (from the catalogue of Tui Award winning Paul Turner), these four raconteurs will have you laughing, crying, and taping your feet – you might even be roped in for a shanty or two!

On the back of sold out shows in the lower South Island – come enjoy a two-course meal and a great night of entertainment. The great food and family surrounds of Renwick's Cork & Keg - whilst all other gigs have been cancelled and postponed, The Rouseabouts and the Cork & Keg are here to entertain you.

A fantastic night of entertainment!
