The Nick Granville Blues Band

The Nick Granville Blues Band features some of the busiest and finest musicians playing in New Zealand today.

Nick has played guitar around the world including London’s 02 Arena and The Monterey Jazz Festival. He has also recorded albums with some of the leading jazz bands and musicians too.

Kelly Moneymaker is a vocalist extraordinaire. Hailing from Alaska and Samoa, as a recording artist she has spent 207 weeks in the Billboard Hot 100. When she sings the blues, Kelly wrings the emotion out of the songs like Etta James and Janis Joplin.

Completing the band for us tonight are three outstanding musicians; Duncan Haynes (piano), Richard Te One (drums), and Elliot Fuimaono (bass). They will be playing music with their own contemporary spin; combining Blues with Funk, R&B and Jazz.

Expect some explosive playing. This is a gig not to be missed.
