The Martian

On Wednesday 28th July, Sci-Fi at Stardome returns with The Martian (2015). During a manned mission to Mars, Astronaut Mark Watney is presumed dead after a fierce storm and left behind by his crew. But Watney has survived and finds himself stranded and alone on the hostile planet. With only meager supplies, he must draw upon his ingenuity, wit and spirit to subsist and find a way to signal to Earth that he is alive.

Grab some popcorn, free with every ticket, and settle into our super comfortable recliners to watch this epic sci-fi, action film. Shown against the night sky in our state-of-the-art planetarium theatre, this is an experience you won’t want to miss.

This film starts at 7pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your show. Late entry into the planetarium is not possible once the show has started.
