The Gathering is the first event of its kind. Be prepared to be wined, dined and entertained at this incredible secret feast.
While the details are secret, we can give you some clues...
- There will be a bus service to transport you to and from the venue.
- There will be great food with produce sourced locally and turned into exquisite meals by local chefs.
- There will be live music because what gathering is complete without a whirl around the dancefloor?!
- There will be zero-waste so that we can help keep our region clean and green.
- There will be a benefit to a local charity so that we can pay our good vibes forwards.
- There will be lots of fun to be had and lots of lasting memories to be made.

General Gatherer Ticket Includes:
- Welcome beverage at your table
- Locally sourced and prepared banquet-style feast (three courses).
- Live music and dancing
- Return transportation to and from the mystery location to Taupo town centre or Kinloch Marina.
Grand Gatherer Ticket Includes:
- Cocktails and canapes function
- Welcome beverage at your table
- Locally sourced and prepared banquet-style feast (three courses).
- Live music and dancing
- Return transportation to and from the mystery location to Taupo towncentre or Kinloch Marina.
Tickets are strictly R18. Bus pick up is from Taupo town centre and will chauffeur you to your secret location. The Gathering offers a banquet-style feast fit for royalty on every table. If you have any dietary requirements including vegetarian, gluten-free or dairy-free then please let us know when you book. We will do our best to accommodate such requests.
